Kubuntu 23.10 Set keyboard backlight always on in Lenovo Ideapad flex 5 [closed]

I'm really tired of fading down after seconds of inactivity keyboard backlight...

I've tried:

xset -led 3

i've searched all over internet - lenovo support is awfuli've asked openai - no luck
