space flexbox items using html tags as placeholders to set a flex property on [closed]

I want to build a login form like this. As you can see the gaps between the elements have variing heights. So I thought about putting a div for each gap and giving it an according flex property.Are there better approaches to this? I'm a beginner and I couldn't find something like this online.
